Technology Product Manager
We are growing our product team rapidly and are looking for great people to join the exciting software development world of Over the Top (OTT). We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic hands-on Technology Product Manager.
BrightLine is looking for an enterprising Ad Technology Product Manager to help accelerate the growth of our OTT advertising products. Working closely with Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams, this position will play a leading role in shaping the narrative for our media partners looking to maximize ROI while identifying and executing opportunities to showcase and AdvancedTV innovation value to their Brand customers. This is a unique opportunity for a versatile and data-driven product manager to collaborate across multiple tech stacks, disciplines and deliver impactful, high-visibility business results.
Lead feature development projects on tight timelines, providing product requirements, specs, vision and informing decisions around prioritization, planning, and resource allocation
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive product demand through case studies, testimonials, promotions, media partner outreach, and other product marketing channels
Develop the next generation OTT ads and our internal management portal which helps drives more value of our ad solutions and improve customer satisfaction and retention
Overcome challenges and enhance conversion tracking, rates and attribution to close the loop on feedback and optimization
Define and optimize key KPIs and analyses, including A/B and multivariate testing, that inform the success of potential product changes
Provide QA guidance and troubleshooting to ensure product requirements are met to deliver exceptional ad experiences for media partners
Act as a champion and product expert of ad solutions powered by BrightLine InCast and DataCast products, evangelizing product vision to both internal and external stakeholders
Fast-paced environment that requires a candidate who can adapt to different challenges and balance different perspectives
Ideal candidate has the ability to find innovative and resourceful ways of overcoming barriers and external factors to accomplish product and business goals
Complicated and data-driven advertising landscape necessitates a candidate with an analytical mindset and technical competence
5-7 years of experience in a product management role within an Ad Tech business (ideally a DMP, DSP or SSP)
Internet technology background required; mobile or video a plus
Demonstrated experience in launching product features from concept to production
Analytical skills with proficiency for quantitative analysis required; SQL skills required
Knowledge of attribution and tracking systems required; Google AD Manager and DCM experience preferred
Demonstrated record of partnering with teams across organizations and driving business results across multiple teams
Strong communication skills required, both written and verbal
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate work across geographically distributed teams
Strong relationship and project management skills
Prior experience in product marketing highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to drive product research and competitive analyses
Experience with ad technology and ad-serving solutions preferred
Knowledge about Big Data technologies and basics of statistical modeling
Strong understanding of RTB, Analytics and Cost-Effective advertising methods/products
Previous experience working in an Agile Scrum environment preferred; JIRA a plus
