JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
BrightLine is seeking highly motivated client services professionals who are eager to support the account management team in delivering seamless and successful campaigns, from initial pitch to final report, in the rapidly evolving CTV / OTT space. As an Account Coordinator with BrightLine you will provide organizational support to Client Services staff and work as part of a larger cross-functional team to ensure projects and services consistently meet client needs, across a variety of Fortune 500 companies and top brands. Attention to detail and exceptional communication skills are an absolute must in this fast-paced environment. This role entails collaboration with internal sales, adops, billing, analytics, and product teams – all with the express goal of creating exceptional enhanced ad experiences on TV, featuring interactivity, dynamic content, etc. Responsibilities include:
Provide organizational support to client services team members, working internally across various departments and interfacing with media partners as needed.
Support adops team in validation of launch (ensuring delivery on all applicable partners, devices, VAST tags).
Capture/create post-launch deliverables (e.g., screenshots, campaign overviews).
Provide ongoing monitoring of all live campaigns.
Manage pacing to ensure full delivery and alignment with partner-provided delivery data, corresponding with media partners on this front.
Identify and escalate any delivery issues (under-delivery, discrepancies), managing toward resolution.
Document delivery issues to identify broader issues/patterns and suggest optimizations to improve in the future.
Monitor and analyze campaign engagement performance to optimize for best possible results and highlight top performers.
Collaborate with analytics team to generate engagement reports in-flight and post-flight.
Support billing team in closing out monthly billing, helping to resolve any questions or issues.
Own internal documentation such as benchmarks, certified partner lists, template compatibility lists, etc.
Develop a comprehensive understanding for the OTT space, BrightLine’s ad formats, and BrightLine’s internal processes, aiding in identifying areas for process improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-4 years of experience working in client services or similar function
Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-through skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills; Ability to collaborate well with teams
Self-starter who is highly motivated and able to proactively manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently, prioritize work appropriately, and escalate issues as necessary
Ability to deliver in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment
Interest in OTT advertising and desire to become an expert in the space
Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance against benchmarks, draw valuable insights, and identify recommended actions
Basic knowledge of the OTT media landscape, ad serving and ad ops preferred
Basic knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.), PowerPoint
English speaking
Bachelor’s degree required
